WHEY AMINO HYDRO contains combination of 3 hydrolyzed whey proteins – hydrolyzed whey protein isolate with degree of hydrolysis DH 8 (75 %), hydrolyzed whey protein concentrate with degree of hydrolysis DH 5 (6,1 %) and hydrolyzed whey protein concentrate with degree of hydrolysis DH 32 (6,1 %).

WHEY AMINO HYDRO is distinguished by very low carbs and fat content that´s why you can use it as well as in volume training as during cutting.

Suggested use:

• use 3-4x daily 3 tablets of WHEY AMINO HYDRO
• use ideally between meals, before and after workout and before bed-time
