Comsumption of foods and beverages with PalatinoseTM content reduces glycemia increasing in comparison with foods and beverages containing sugar (it has lower glycemic index value). It is possible to intake it before, during or after the training.

Suggested use:

  • Use Palatinox 100 depending on physical activity, sports activity and diet
