About HMB POWER

The product HMB POWER contains active substance beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate in the form calcium beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate, enriched with vitamin B6.

HMB is substance that has been being used by bodybuilders for a long time. This is metabolite of amino acid leucine, one of three branch chain amino acid (BCAA). The small part of leucine is naturally changed into HMB in the human body. We get HMB in small amount from some foods, as for example some kinds of fish or some citruses. Intake of HMB from supplements is effective way how to increase amount of HMB in body and so leucine synthesis from this.

Bodybuilders consider anticatabolic and simultaneous anabolic effect of HMB, that is appreciated by all athletes who try to build quality lean muscle mass or are on cutting diet. USAGE:

Use 6 capsules daily. Use 3 cps 60 min before and 3 cps after the workout on training day. Divide your daily dose into 3 parts and spread their intake throughout the day on non-training day. Wash it down with enough fluid.
