Comsumption of foods and beverages with PalatinoseTM content reduces glycemia increasing in comparison with foods and beverages containing sugar (it has lower glycemic index value). It is possible to intake it before, during or after the training. PalatinoseTM is combined with popular polysaccharide maltodextrine and dextrose as fast energy source.
