Creatine is a substance that occurs naturally in the human body. It is not addictive or toxic even at higher does. Excess creatine that the body cannot use is eliminated during urination.

Suggested use:

it is recommended to use creatine 8 weeks and then pause for a few weeks
it is desirable to use 15–20 g of creatine the first 5 days
then follows the maintenance phase (usually 5 g daily = 1 scoop for body weight 60–80 kg)
the above dosage is especially suitable for strength sports
always dissolve the powder completely in liquid (water, juice, post-workout drink)
