Creatine Monohydrate Caps contains 100% creatine monohydrate in capsules. Creatine enhances physical performance during consecutive short intervals of high-intensity physical exercise, such as typical bodybuilding or fitness center conditioning exercises. The effect is achieved with an intake of at least 3 g of creatine per day.

Creatine is a natural substance found in the human body, it is non-addictive and non-toxic even at higher doses. Excess creatine that is not used by the body is excreted in the urine.
