The foundation of Instant Whey 80’s CFM protein is the best available raw material – native CFM whey concentrate. This is an instant (easily dissolved) protein obtained from whey using the most modern production method – CFM (cross-flow microfiltration). This production method takes place under low temperatures using ceramic filters and is the most gentle way to produce whey protein.

Using native CFM protein:

CFM is a natural, non-chemical process for manufacturing top-quality whey protein, which is filtered using a special, technologically-advanced ceramic cross-flow filter. This filter is able to filter out all undesirable ingredients (such as fat, lactose, etc.) to a high degree and to isolate pure (virgin) whey protein while preserving all valuable microfractions, such as beta-lactoglobulin, alpha-lactalbumin, serum albumin, immunoglobulin, glycomacropeptides and lactoferrin. All of this takes place without the use of chemicals or solvents.

CFM is the most gentle method in existence for producing protein, because the raw material is not exposed to any degradation processes, e.g., high pressure or temperatures, ions, or hydroxides. It just passes through ceramic filters on its own, aided only by its inherent weight.
